Contact me within 5 days of receiving the Jewelry and Ship items back within 15 days of receiving

To start a return,

Buyer pays for return shipping and The jewelry must be unused and in the same condition, you received.
The way back should be registered and signed for so jewels arrive safely to us and we can send you the refund ( please understand ) it will take some days.
Please notice that shipping cost ( If there is or express delivery cost ) is not refunded.
✪ Refund is sent for item cost, excluding shipping costs.

We accept cancellation (before the item has been shipped)

✪ If you order an item and you want to cancel it before shipping (In the next 48 hours you will get ✪ a Full Refund ✪)

Exchanges

To exchange your order or resize it you need to send the item back to us
( Buyer pays for return shipping and The jewelry must be unused and in the same condition you received.
The way back should be registered and signed for so jewels arrive safe to us and we exchange your item or resize it to your new needs and then we will send it back to you,  ( please understand ) it will take some days.
Our service for resizing will be free of charge
If you will change your order to another design we will charge you the differences of value.

Please notice that shipping cost ( for both ways is your responsibility )

The fastest way to exchange

The fastest way to exchange, once the return is accepted for the old purchase, You make a NEW purchase and we send it to you as a new order, and wait till the old purchase get back to us— then we will return you a full refund from the First Order  ( Exceptions ) if there is a shipping cost? is not refundable ( is always depends on the reason )

Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items that cannot be returned

Because of the nature of these items, cannot be returned, Like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)  We also do not accept returns for JEWELRY without a registered post with tracking Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
